I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right topic but any advice appreciated.
For a couple of months I've noticed what I can only describe as small white balls near the roots of my hair and quite a lot. I've also noticed my scalp has gone quite sore and very dry. I've tried a comb, changing shampoo and nothing has helped.
Any any suggestions or know what this could be?
