I cant believe how low i feel, whats wrong with me??

Im so depressed, its unreal, and i cant shake it no matter what i do.

I'm so sorry that you're so terribly down.
Are you getting any support at all? I have had some similar feelings and counselling with my GP is helping me to fight back.

Also, have you read the 'Feeling Depressed' threads in the Body and Soul section of Mumsnet? There is some great advice there and also lots of people feeling just like you. You might want to post on that section too.
