Burning sinuses?

I have tested positive for covid. Im getting bad sinus pain and burning which I never had before.

Are there any treatments that you would recommend?

Limsip helps and so does keeping your sinuses warm by keeping them covered with a thick scarf. It will go away in a couple days on it own.

Neilmed sinus flush. You can buy in boots etc either made up or in sachets you mix with cooled boiled water. I dont have proper flushing device I use a small sports bottle. YouTube has good videos of how to position yourself :)
