I'm thinking of getting my dad some wireless headphones for his birthday. He loves music but doesn't like to listen to it while he's gardening which he does a lot in the summer, as he worries about annoying the neighbours. The trouble is he has tinnitus, I think age related. How would this work with headphones? I know you can get those special ones that vibrate on your cheekbones instead of going in your ears but I don't think he'd cope with them.
Are there any tinnitus sufferers on here who use headphones? Any brads you'd recommend?
