I have randomly developed about 7 blood spots like pin pricks. Not itchy or anything not In one particular area. I’m worried as I’ve been googling and seen something very serious. Please can anyone help me 🙏

Don't panic, they are very common and can be brought on by a variety of issues. Unfortunately Googling only brings up the scariest one!

Honestly, they are usually nothing. You would not just have petechiae and no other symptoms if it was the worst case scenario. Call your GP if you have other symptoms but I think you will find they go away on their own in a few days.
