tingling nose- am i just being neurotic?

for the two weeks or so, my nose has been tingling and sort of numb on the end on one side. is this just a bizarre and annoying thing or is it something i should worry about? i'm becoming increasingly obsessed by it!

Stress is one of the most common causes of numbness and tingling in the extremities - and worrying about it makes it worse because of the added stress!

Problems with the nervous system can cause it too, so if it carries on then it would be worth seeing the GP.

wow! actually, that would make sense - i've had an inspection at work just recently, as well as dd waking lots in the night!
