I’m looking to replace my old Fitbit one. It’s stopped syncing.
Anyone any suggestions. I looked at the Charge but reviews seem mixed. Same for the Inspire 2. Versa 2 seemed better but more money.
Would be interested to hear anyone’s experiences. Thanks in advance.

I recently listened to a business podcast about Fitbit. They're getting clobbered by Apple and Garmin and may not survive. Google might acquire them before then though.

I used to have a Fitbit and now have an Apple watch, which is more expensive of course, but a much more capable fitness watch.

I don’t really have the budget for an Apple Watch I’m afraid. Maybe I will wait.

Had a charge 2 for years and got on fine with it. Went for a versa 2 recently and not so happy.. my heart rate never increases when exercising and I’m pretty sure it isn’t recording my steps accurately. Thought it might be faulty so had it replaced for a new one.. it’s the same. Could just be bad luck but I think I’m going for an Apple Watch instead!

I've just bought myself a fitbit inspire HR and I'm really happy with my purchase.

(I have never owned one before so I am speaking from inexperience)

I don't think the Apple watch offer anything more, just the name and double the price.

I've just got the Aspire 2 after having a Alta for quite a few years.

It dies all I need, records all fitness events, has GPS so links with other apps. Tracks sleep well, resting heart rate. It now also tracks breathing and heart rate variability as the ape watch.

It suits me well as I have very small wrists. At the moment, you get 1 year premium for free, which comes with some additional features including access to their mindfulness app.

Inspire, not Aspire!
