Clicking in chest

Don’t suppose anyone knows the answer to this? Sometimes if I sit awkwardly or breathe too deeply (or laugh too much!) something in my chest becomes “uncomfortable”.

I reckon it’s between my boobs somewhere and it hurts when breathing out.

I need to do all sorts of funny movements to make something “click” loudly back into place.

Does anyone know what it could be??

It’s only painful when breathing out when it needs “clicking” and afterwards it’s fine again - I don’t want to bother my GP about a part time health problem.

I’m mid 30s at the moment- is it likely to get worse as I get older as I’ve noticed the pain getting more intense and the “misplaced” feeling becoming more frequent.

Cheers!

I get this but I have Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, so I've always just presumed it's something moving out of place
