Hi all

Literally stressing out. Iv had a lump in my neck for years. It seemed to appear after tonsillitis back in my teens. It's the tonsil lymph node i would say.
Had it looked at so many times by doctors. They just dismiss it and say it's just a lymph node. Last year I had an ultra sound done on it and it showed it was enlarged but shape ok.

Anyway I'm sure there's something more sinister going on. Iv never been relaxed by the doctors judgement. I went back about 4 weeks ago about it as it's been aching. It randomly does that about once a year! Otherwise it's painless. This doctor didn't think it was a lymph node he didn't really like the feel of it. But said maybe a fatty lump, probably not to scare me. Also always feel a bit of a lump in my throat when I swallow that side but not all the time... no problems swallowing or anything.

Anyhow been waiting on my urgent referral to the ENT due to covid everything's tits up! Got one next week finally.

Since all this My taste buds are all swollen on the back of my tongue and to the sides of tongue. What is that? Also left tonsil looks slightly raised but not sore it Has a red vein running through it. Ear is slightly muffled at times to! I'm so scared of the C word!
I'm 28 years old. Generally always well. Had a baby 12 weeks ago and I'm so worried.

Anyone had anything similar?
