Constantly tired

I am constantly tired and I've had enough of it now! I work around 30 hrs a week and also have 3 teenage daughter and a house to run. I shouldn't be this tired all the time surely? But 9pm I'm falling asleep on the sofa so I go to bed but then I'm lucky if I'm asleep by 12 and I can't remember the last time I had a full nights undisturbed sleep. My alarm goes off at 6.30 but I can barely open your eyes. Is there some sort of supplement I can take to help get my energy up? I'm willing to try anything at this point!

Cn you try and adress the reason that you're not falling asleep once you get in bed? Are you eating late, are you very stressed?

Contact your GP for some blood tests. Could be low iron, low B12 or pre-diabetes or any number of other issues.
