I’m a complete idiot - flea spray

DH sprayed a room with flea spray - think the cat may have fleas - and I needed to go into the room about ten minutes later. I tried to hold my breath but needed to breathe so I picked up a random piece of clothing to breathe through. Of course I didn’t think, the clothes I inhaled had been on the floor and had therefore been sprayed...

Now I’m a bit nervous, the can says do not inhale but I don’t know if breathing it through fabric that’s been sprayed makes a difference vs breathing in the spray itself...

I’m sure you’ll be fine 😊

Why didnt you tidy tidy the room first?

When I spray the house we team up, I hoover around the edges of the room to make the eggs hatch and husband sprays the skirting boards. You don't need to just spray the room with abandon, it's not necessary.

You'll probably be ok though with your fabric breathing. Just don't do it again.

As long as you didn't spray the cat ..

You should be fine. If it was that toxic we wouldn’t be allowed to use it without supervision

@gamerchick I don’t know, we were going to do it tomorrow but then he did it while I was in the shower. No he didn’t spray the cat lol
