Can you go to minor injuries 3 to 4 weeks after an injury or is that a dr visit ? Completely my own stupid fault I managed to get my dogs training lead twisted round my ankle , he ran off to say hello to another dog, well more like bolted, and took my leg with him and slam dunked me on the beach . Now if you can imagine where my ankle was strangled there is a hard lump and still painful to touch ( can walk fine)
