Looking to see if anyone has had similar experiences. I'm 5 weeks post partum. I've been feeling awful for a week to the point of where I was prescribed anti anxiety meds. Now my period came today and I suddenly recognise this feeling. Did anyone else get crazy pms first period after birth? I was anxious and emotional roller-coaster.
