Anyone used acupuncture on LO's

Dd 15 months is nightmare sleeper. (See my post in sleep). She's knackered and grizzly all the time, as are we and rest of family.

Am actually completely desperate as we have not had a decent nights sleep for about 6 months.....

Have discovered child's clinic near where I live. Am very tempted...but the thought of those needles in her perfect peachy skin makes me feel iffy. Anyone used it?

hmm not quite sure how you would keep a 15 month old child still enough for acupuncture. Adult treatments can last from 15 up to 40 mins. Good luck if you do go for it.

A cousin went to see a craniosacral therapist a couple of times and swore by the results - to be honest did seem a happier child afterwards, ? co-incidence.

Failing all other options i'd buy a good pair of ear plugs.
