'Routine telephone consultation' - post MRI

Hi all,

Just received a voicemail from my GP to arrange a 'routine telephone consultation' post an MRI (which I had last Thursday).

The doctor is now closed for the day.

I presume, that 'routine' consultation is exactly that - nothing to worry about... I only ask as the MRI was to investigate a possible 'mass' in my hip...

Any words of reassurance would be gratefully received.

I had an MRI in 2018 due to phantom dental issues, and despite not having seen a doctor in years, the results were given to me by phone by a GP at the surgery we’re registered at. They did eventually filter through to my dentist, and the consultant I am under at maxillo-facial who ordered the scan.

So, I think this is normal. 🤞🏻
