I've had an crap 18 months in terms of health. Sepsis. Various other (frequent) minor illnesses and then (mild) covid.

I have near constant exhaustion despite not exerting myself. I woke up this morning and was exhausted before I even left the house. My limbs are aching as though I'd done a heavy workout, I haven't.

Does this sound post viral or something I need to have looked into? I already take high strength vit D (since covid) and iron supplements so it's very unlikely that I'm deficient.

I would speak to your GP. I have something called ME (you can google it). My case is nearly 30 years old following teenage glandular fever. When I’m ok I just need more sleep than normal people. When I’m sick (like today) I can barely get off the sofa. My joints and muscles ache. My head hurts. I feel exhausted. My eyes are itchy.

The best advice I ever got was not to try to be normal. When I’m tired I rest. I suggest you do too. Rest rest rest. See the GP but rest!
