How to care for dental implants?

Yesterday I finally completed the process of having 2 adjacent dental implants in my lower jaw. It's great to have the teeth but I'm now panicking about how to keep them clean. My dentist just talked about using the interdental brushes but would anyone mind sharing their daily dental routine and anything else specific. Thanks.

I have one implant - I floss once a day and use the interdental brushes twice a day, when I clean my teeth with an electric toothbrush.
I go the hygienist every 6 - 8 months, although she rarely finds anything much to take off.
I have had my implant for years and had no problems. I don't find the flossing or little brushes any bother at all to do.
Good luck with your new teeth!
