I have tried foam ones and wax type ones.

My partner is sleeping in another room due to snoring: it is so loud!!

Tried strips and weird nose clip. Still snoring on his back. Tried the tennis ball trick; takes it out when half asleep.

I need to find some amazing ear plugs so we can sleep together in same bed!

Recommendations please! Xx

I feel your pain. I used to get some really good industrial type ones made of orange rubber - they were so good they used to suck my brains out of when I tried to take them out - there was a vacuum. I can't find them anymore or anything that comes close, and therefore dh is on the sofa. Shame really.

@chestnutbear I've posted this before, but I got a sample pack off Snorestore as I also had tried a lot before and this was how I found the ones I now use InstaPutty www.snorestore.co.uk/acatalog/earplug-samples-for-women.html
