Hey. Massive health anxiety here. Always straight to worse case scenario 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️. Last November I was referred to the breast clinic when I found what a thought was a lump.. Dr wasn't worried but referred me anyway. After ultrasound was told it was nothing to worry about and that I have lumpy boobs 🥴
I often have a feel and I've got bumps everywhere. My confusion is what isn't normal and when should you get it checked. 😩.
