Claims to be the last weight loss diet you’ll ever need. It’s about £120 for 4 months. Anyone tried?

I did the free 14 day trial. About half my foods weren't in the database so didn't get classified, if you eat a lot of "from scratch" foods you might find it more useful.

Personally, I gave up after 7 days. I found the daily 'motivation' messages / quizes irritating rather than helpful and it didn't tie in to what I had been eating. That might have changed on the paid version.

Not personally but someone I know said it was pointless.

Thanks. Yes I wondered whether it was all a bit too motivational!

A friend of mine is using Noom.

She is having a lot of success and has lost 3 stone so far and is still making good progress. From what I've heard it might be worth giving it a try?
