Four doctors appointment?

Hello! I know this page is more for babies but I was after a bit of advice.
I had a telephone consultation with the doctor about the way I've been feeling - weak, fatigued, dizzy/faint, periods not returned since having my baby (14 months postpartum) and lost a lot of weight. (The periods I'm not massively worried about as I am still breastfeeding but just thought it was worth mentioning to the doctor and I also mentioned I am still breastfeeding just before my son goes to bed).
Anyway, the doctor asked me to come in to get some bloods and general check up on blood pressure etc, she did initially say it sounded like low irons but obviously test results would show that. Following from this, when they received my result they asked me to come in for more bloods but were a bit vague why, just said they were testing my bilirubin and GGT? But it was with a nurse so he said he didn't want to explain much as he wasn't a doctor. Now, today I have received a call to ask to go in tomorrow for more tests, the receptionist was vague like the nurse was saying they didn't want to go into too much detail...but just mentioned having elevated bilirubin.

Anyway, my point in coming on here is just to see if anyone else has had a similar experience and what all this jargon might mean? I know there is google but I get massive in a deep hole with google and start set diagnosing myself so just after a bit of reassurance really. I've never had to go to the doctors about anything but my eczema/depression before so going for bloods etc is all new to me. Hoping everything is going to be okay but three blood tests later I'm starting to worry?
Thanks guys x
