My little dd was stung by a wasp today..

she seems ok, is sore but no major probs, the teacher said she took the sting out but her neck(were it stung) has a yellow 'spot' is this normal?? or is this the sting stil in?

Sounds normal. Wasp stings rarely stay in - its bee stings that do. The sting would look like a black splinter. The yellow spot sounds like an inflammation/reaction to the site where all the body's antihistamines are gathering as a natura ldefence mechanism (I think).
