Head massage hurt my temples

I had a head massage and she pressed really hard against my temples and 2 hours later my head still hurts and I have a headache.

What do I do?

Drink loads of water and have an early night.

Ibuprofen. Other than that, not much more you can do. Did it feel uncomfortable at the time of the massage?

Yes it was like she squeezed it as hard as she could and I instantly Complained.

I wouldn't worry. Your head isn't going to implode because someone pressed your temples too hard!
