Looking to see if anyone has had the same symptoms, I feel sick from morning until night, usually gets worse at night. Have absolutley no energy, have no desire to eat proper meals but would happily stuff my face with chocolate 🤣. Was at doctors today, heart rate & temp is high. Although she doesn't actually know what it is she says could be "some type of infection" had covid test the last time I had these symptoms, was negative.

I felt very very tired once and my friends said I looked dreadful. I went to the docs and burst into tears. They did a blood test and I had really bad Anaemia.

Good luck getting a diagnosis and help. Keep asking for help until you get a solution.

Long shot but I felt like that when I had appendicitis - sick feeling all the time, couldn't eat normal food at all, for some reason could stomach tomatoes. No pain. They investigated surgically, found diseased appendix, whipped it out, I was fine after.
It was over 40 years ago so not sure about the other symptoms but constant nausea was the thing.

Hope you get it sorted. Nausea is so horrible when it won't go away.

Not had those symptoms but maybe get a diabetes test and other blood tests done though if its temporary it could just be an infection causing it. Unless you are pregnant with a chocolate craving Shock

Anemia and server Vit D deficiency made me feel like that. Have you had a blood test?
