Foods or supplements to boost energy

I start to feel tired about 3pm every day. Fuzzy head, yawning and completely lacking motivation. I limp on until I just can't stay awake anymore at about 9pm. Can anyone recommend a supplement or food they swear by to reduce tiredness? I get at least 7hrs sleep and lead a reasonably active life, 15000 steps a day at least. Thanks

I seemed to have more energy when I started taking my vitamin D supplement. Can't be 100% sure it wasn't a placebo but I struggle a lot during winter & it wasn't as bad last year.

Otherwise I find exercise actually gives me more energy. It's just dragging yourself to do the 1st few times that's the problem!

I feel better for taking Sainsburys multi vit with iron just before bed at night.
