Feeling weak and shaky

For a few days I've been feeling a bit weak and shaky, which sometimes happens to me due to low blood sugar, but that's usually over quickly and I've been feeling like this for days.

I'm wondering whether I'm just run down or is this a mild form of Covid.

It also seems to have come on yesterday and today after lunch Hmm

I'm okay and have managed to go for walks and do some house work but my body feels weak and heavy.

Anyone else experiencing this sort of thing?

Yes,i have posted about this recentlymy legs especially feel as if they are going to give way, also arms get shaky at times, sometimes it seems when i have carried shopping bags etc,or had to lift arms for some reason,
Been to physio,and osteopaths,no difference
I think i had this covid in February, and was feeling so tired,no energy, legs felt like i was walking through treacle.could hardly move,
Feeling a bit better now,and more energy, but i have never felt so bad, never ill normally, never even had flu when everyone around me was, but had no symptoms otherwise

I don;t have that problem, but i seem to get an adrenaline rush,
I was also getting palpitations at first, and had something like a hot flush
My Dr gave me an ECG but it was fine
I know it is awful, as daren't go far in case my legs do give way
