I occasionally get a feeling of slight fullness in my upper chest, below my neck, and this coincides with a need to do a small cough to ‘release’ the chest feeling.
Something in the back of my mind from many years ago tells me that this is a symptom of something heart related.
Any ideas ?

Could be something as simple as trapped wind but as always if it’s persistent or happens often, please mention it to your doctor.

FippertyGibbett · 24/09/2020 09:23

It’s not trapped wind.
It happens once or twice a week maybe. It seems such a small and stupid thing to mention. Even if I had a 24 hour tape it wouldn’t necessarily catch it.

Mention it anyway.

If it worries you it’s serious enough to talk to your doctor and go from there.

FippertyGibbett · 26/09/2020 13:56

It doesn’t worry me, I just done want to be ignoring something that is relevant !
