Is this post nasal drip?

I'm 20 years old and for the past couple of months I've had a sore throat and cough in the morning and it feels like there's mucous running down the back of my throat making me need to clear my throat quite a lot. I also have left sided facial numbness that comes and goes and a watery eye. I'm petrified this could be cancer

The first bit definitely sounds like post nasal drip, try a nasal spray such as beconase. The facial numbness sounds a bit more worrying and I'd make a GP appointment.
