Taking different vitamins together

Hi everyone.

I take an iron tablets that contains vitamin c, iron, b12 and folic acid.

I have vitamin D from the drs.

I've also just started taking evening primrose oil.

Basically stuff for energy and hoping the evening primrose might help with PMT and anxiety

Is it ok to take the evening primrose with iron or vitamin D?

I don't want to be over doing it but I'm trying to get my body sorted.

Thanks in advance.

I would somewhat stagger them for the body to allow absorption. Vitamin D absorbs best witH a meal, so breakfast would be good and if you could incorporate something like nuts for added fat would be good as it improves quality of vitamin D absorption as it is a fat soluble vitamin. The iron supplement with it having b12 I would take before lunch, so maybe mid morning. I found if I take b12 too late in the day it throws off my sleep, but then it would depend on Dosage.

Evening primrose I’d take early afternoon or with the iron.
