Do they normally make you feel rough?

It started this morning, woke up with lots of phlegm and coughing, headache, couldn't take water at first.

Well, I just threw up the water, which seems to have cleared the headache.

I'll just have to rest today and hope the phlegm clears. It's a nasty feeling.
