My DD has just turned five and she is completely healthy, active etc. I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that she has developed what look like little patches of broken capilliaries/tiny thread veins on each of her cheeks. They're not petachiae, which tend to disappear fairly quickly. Does anyone else have experience of this? I know adults are very prone to this kind of thing - I have them, but children? She tends to sneeze quite a lot (I think she probably has mild hayfever), but otherwise I can't think what might be the cause.
