Morning breath

God this is embarrassing. I wake up each morning with the most horrendous morning breath.

I have good oral hygiene, visit the dentist religiously every six months (last time just two weeks ago) where I get a deep clean too. No mention from the dentist of any issues. During the day I'm absolutely fine but until I've brushed my teeth in the morning it's just awful. I take a glass of water to bed so I'm not dry.

What can I do?! I feel so gross!!

Do you have reflux/ digestive issues as this can cause bad breath?

Do you brush before bed? Also, check your tonsils for tonsil stones

As far as you can tell do you sleep with your mouth open?

I find a good rinse with corsodyl (couldn't spell it ) before bed really helps .
