Steve is worried that he is still getting carers allowance for the kids and he thinks he is no longer entitled to it, bloke at DLA says you can get both?

why do you feel it is like admitin Defeat? is there someone who knows about benefits at CAB you could talk to?

you can claim under special rules if you have a terminal DX of less then 12 months
i think thats what is hard, iknow it is true but if the DLA agree it feels like a 2nd opinion.
i can't really explain it very well.
they have someone at the hospice who knows this stuff, the Mac nurse will speak to them as we don't want to go to the hospice
