Dull ache in back when eating or drinking

Hey. Worry wart here. Almost 4 weeks ago I called dr with dull ache in chest when eating or drinking. Also had heartburn. Was prescribed omeprazole 20mg a day and gaviscon. The heartburn has gone. The dull ache in my chest isn't there anymore but I'm now getting it in my back! Convinced it's something sinister. But I always think like that. Anyone else had this?

Similar at least - due to working from home in dining room chair, using laptop mouse pad. Have now plugged in a mouse and got an office chair and seems to be better.

@BlueChampagne have you been having a similar issue?

A bit, but not specifically while eating and drinking. Pretty sure it's postural. Went away when I took holiday and wasn't using the laptop!
