I have been diagnosed with periodontis for the last few years. Have had one deep clean and regular hygenist appointments but nothing more has really been said . I feel they have really deteriorated over the last few months and my top teeth seem to be drifting further and further apart by the day. Am so scared they are going to fall out. Anyway my question really is has anyone paid privately to see a periodontist and was it worth it, I am happy to pay if it saves me teeth!
