Advice Needed!!

This is a picture of the top of my foot. It has been there for weeks now progressively getting bigger. It isn’t itchy and feels flat. I haven’t injured it in any way. Anyone any ideas as to what it is and how to get rid of it?

It could be petechiation - bleeding under the skin, usually due to a clotting problem or other issue causing bleeding in the absence of trauma. Hard to tell from photo though.
