Seperate post to ask about these symptoms

I've made another post about my health issues yesterday. But I want to ask seperately about this.

My neck has become sore and easily irritated in the last two years. Tight muscles and stiffness resulting from 2 pregnancies and pushchairs, carseats and lifting children I presume. I'm going to book in with a specialist once I've researched locally. I spoke to my gp yesterday but she didn't respond to this issue as I have mild anxiety and on and off anemia. So I've had a rough year. Feel free to read yesterday's post.

But back to my neck. It feels like a nerve is being pinched in my shoulder blade. It gradually goes into the neck and turns into a headache. The pain can often go quickly but I am left with nausea for hours!

It's never lasted more than a day or so. But I'm currently on day 5. My visions been poor but seems a little better today. I'm getting headaches everyday. Nausea everyday. Today I'm really weak in my legs. My head feels whooshy. I have felt close to being sick. The pains gone but I'm left with a really dizzy queasy sensation.

Has anyone ever experienced this. Will it hopefully settle with pain relief and sleep for a day or so? I'm going to pay to get sorted as that's looking like my only option.

Just a little frightened by the weakness. Not sure if something is damaged or it's just nerves.

Appreciate any experiences

Neck pain linked to upper vertebrae can cause dizziness and nausea. I would see an osteopath. If they don't think it's connected they'll send you to your gp. I haven't read your other thread though...

I'm sorry you're going through this. I've got exactly the same thing exacerbated by an unstable SI joint and now have weakness in my arm and pins and needles. It started at Christmas, has been getting worse and worse (sorry). I'm been seeing a physio for about six weeks but truthfully has made no difference apart from aggravate everything. I've got a GP phone call next week to try and escalate treatment. I feel for you - the pain, aching, nausea, headaches are unbearable. I hope you get some relief soon. (Mine is apparently caused by a constantly spasming neck muscle pinching a nerve.)

That's such a shame that it's not helping you. It feels like an irritated line going up. It flares up some months more than others. But this is awful!

Do you get really dizzy and weak? This morning I was quite worried about how bad I felt.

I would definitely go to an osteopath! They worked absolute wonders for the constant migraines and headaches I had in my 20,s
Turned out a car crash I had been in had messed up my hips neck and shoulders.
Never had another migraine since
