Neck/upper back pain

Does anyone else get a really sore neck and back towards late afternoon evening? I don’t get it everyday but probably most days I do and I can’t figure out why. I don’t think it is how I sleep as I would get that it the morning rather than evening. I read something about big boobs but mine aren’t that big, probably a 32E I think. If anyone can shed any light that would be awesome as it is really starting to get me down. Having to have a lie down now, I’m only 36!

Posture? Phone or computer use? Are you holding your head too far forward for example, that puts a lot of pressure on your neck and back.

Yes I suppose it could be that, thanks. I don’t really use a computer for long periods at work. Mostly I’m walking around and today I was mostly doing housework and walking places. I will try to check my posture.
