Tinnitus and slight numb feeling

I’ve had tinnitus for a few months and in the last few day’s it’s got really bad- high pitched and constant. It’s in both ears but worse in left.

Tonight I have a strange numb feeling on the left side of my face and across the top of my wrist, it’s not actually numb, I can feel and move, just feels weird.

I’ve suffered for years with headaches due to a trapped nerve on my left side and these have been getting worse recently so I don’t know if it’s related to that. I’ve been to the doctor but he basically said they can’t do anything about tinnitus.

The numb feeling is making me nervous but I don’t know if it’s more of an anxiety thing since I can still feel and move fine.

Does anyone have any advice?

Watching with interest as I have these symptoms too. Went to my gp who said it was probably stress but I'm not convinced. I have been wondering if it could be a trapped nerve.
