I'm not sure if this is normal or of I should see a doctor but I'm just so tired! I've never been an amazing sleeper but I generally manage 6-7 hours per night according to my Fitbit so not terrible but lately I'm exhausted and needing 1.5-2 hours nap every afternoon. My body wont let me stay awake, I work from home currently so its thankfully doable.
I'm 33 and on good weeks I can exercise 3-5 times a week but other weeks I can barely walk. Im a single parent to a 4 year old so I've put it down to being tired from balancing work and childcare on my own but I just feel like I'm on the verge of coming down with something all the time, constant tight headache and stinging eyes. I've been feeling the Cold a lot as well which is very unusual for me which made me.wonder about my thyroid?
I'm just worried about going back to the office of my body cant cope without these long naps.
I take iron and vitamin D due to diagnosed deficiencies if that's relevant
