Thick Womb Lining - Age 36

Hello,
Back in January, an ultrasound revealed a 12cm complex cyst on my left ovary. I had major abdominal surgery to remove it, along with the fallopian tune and ovary and then had the agonising wait to get back biopsy results. Thankfully they were clear and the cyst was benign.
Six months later I am still having pain in my abdomen particularly around the incision and was sent back for another ultrasound. They found a simple cyst measuring 4cm and said they would bring me back to see if it went on it’s own.
I went back for another ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and was delighted to hear it had burst and my body was getting rid of it.
I thought that was it but I got a call this week from the consultant who said that my uterine lining looks too think on the ultrasound and that I now need to have a hysteroscopy to check for polyps and possible biopsy.
I am so petrified of it being cancer. It feels as though I’ve been in limbo all year and I’m
Struggling to stay positive at the thought of any more biopsies.
I am 36 with a 3 year old. Has anyone had a similar experience with a thick endometrium? I have had irregular periods my whole life but dont bleed between them. The only spotting I ever have is very light occasionally in the two or so days before my period fully starts.
Sorry to unload like this, I’m just in a super bad place with all the worry.

A thicker womb lining is extremely common and indeed, often the norm, in a woman who has had children so please do try not to imagine the worst here!
