Ive had this cold since Wednesday. Its a bit better today but I'm not 100%. I need to go to the gym but worried it will make it worse and I will have to stay off training even longer?

Any advice would be great

No you mad woman you have to stay at home on the couch with a hot toddy and lots of chocolate!

Do you have a temperature and feel achey? Are you having trouble breathing? If no to both of those, then go! It will make you feel so much better.

If it's a slight cold with no temperature and you have the energy to go to the gym I can't see why not. It may make you feel better. Depends how bad the cold is really.

No - quite often sudden deaths that occur whilst exercising occur during a minor virus

moss chops in same predicament this morning. have opted for not going under dh's orders! I have trained with cold in past and do think it prolongs it.
