Looking to see if anyone can offer any advice to avoid getting ill/reducing symptoms.
Up until this year my sickness record at work was non existent. I barely caught a cold and if I did, it was mild.
My DD started nursery in Jan and in Feb & March started coming home with all the bugs going. Fortunately she was only ill for a day or two, but each time I caught it and it floored me, queue days off work at a time, feeling rotten and having to stay in bed (i really struggle with this as feel guilty etc)
Anyway, during lockdown I was fine health wise again but now DD is back at nursery (2 weeks ago) im again off sick!
How can i boost my immune system? or at least reduce the impact?
All 4 of us have been ill the last few days but i seem to have been floored
whereas rest of family mild symptoms.
Ps def just a head cold, not covid.
