Never tried this myself but I understand it’s a good probiotic , so I bought kefir yogurt with black currant and mango ones too, suffering so much with reflux and stomach problems

Yes, I'm a complete convert to kefir. I have it daily for breakfast, usually with some blueberries or raspberries. My digestive tract has improved enormously.
I would try not to get one with added sugar though. Plain is nice, sweetened with natural fruit.

I started making it in lockdown and it is way easier than I thought! You can buy kefir grains on amazon for a never ending supply! Do also love the fruity ones you buy in the supermarket though!

I make water kefir. I flavour it with fruit and have a glass every morning.

I've had a lot of antibiotics in the last year so tried Kefir. I've had all different kinds some more palatable than others, always wondered whether the really nasty ones were somehow better Grin.

However I have never found any noticeable benefit and have chalked it up as another "alternative" remedy that requires you to believe in it before it works.

I take the shop bought one (any flavour), drink most of it, then add more milk (can be skimmed) and leave it on the side for 24-48 hours, and it makes more.
