Ears still blocked & ringing after infection - any tips?

Hi everyone
Just finished my antibiotics & drops for an ear infection
Still feel blocked and constant ringing which is making me dizzy
Saw the gp on Monday who said the infection has 'dried up' and maybe I have tinnitus (oh no)
But it happened at the same time as the infectjon, so I feel like it's just fluid maybe still there in my Eustachian tube
Any tips on how to clear it out?

Last time this happened to me they prescribed decongestant nose spray as it was fluid in my tubes that couldn't drain. A few days later and I could hear again.

I could of wrote tbis myself! 2 weeks of ringing now. So down over it xx
