Petechiae Spots

Has anyone had these and then had normal bloods? I get them but my bloods have come back normal not sure if any are borderline normal though.

I get these and have only just been referred to haematology to get them looked into. Get bloods taken regularly for another condition but nothing has come up in those. Hoping I get some answers soon

I have quite a few red blood spots under skin, no idea what they are, two turned light brown but not mentioned to doctor. Just had bloods taken for other things and pretty much all normal.
