Verucca or hard skin?!

I'm 32 weeks pregnant. Thought it was hard skin (my poor feet are in a dreadful state) but now I'm not sure. Its white and perfectly circular. I tried to pick it (I know, I know) and could lift the edge but it lifted the skin (didnt bleed but would have if I continued). Can't see a black middle I dont think.

So:

1. Given the situation how can I get it checked?

If not...

1. Is there any treatment to can do that is pregnancy safe and wouldnt harm me if.it is just dead skin?

does it hurt? If not I would be tempted to leave it for the time being. It will either get black bits then you know its a verruca then you can treat it or it will stay the same then you can just give it a bit of a filing down and moisturising.
