Period 4 weeks late, so confused! Menopause?

Plus my nipples are really sore (one more than the other).

Does this sound like menopause? I feel fine, no other symptoms and always had a regular 26-28 day cycle for my whole life.

I did feel like I was “on” at the right time 4 weeks ago, but no sign of bleeding.

Am nearly 46, DH had snip 5 years ago, and a pg test at 11 days late was negative thank god!

Getting worried in case something sinister is going on.

The test is negative and you can miss a cycle once in a while only to be followed by a heavy cycle. If you don't get period for another month then contact your GP for FSH test for menopause.
