So I stubbed my to every hard on weds night and kept waking up in the night with the pain. Thursday morning I notice it has a black bruise round it in a straight line round the joint and I can't put weight on it. So I've been resting my foot since (very boring). I know there's nothing to be done but does anyone have any experience of how long it might take to get better? It swells up and goes all tingly every time it isn't raised up.
Im back at work next Friday night and have a job that involves being on my feet for twelve hours. So I really want someone to tell me it will be bette by then.
