You need to get advice in real life though

I feel like I’m going to pass out every time I move - so dizzy and slightly sickly. Prob just a virus

I’m getting Covid test, just incase x

Covid is possible. I had a similar rash.

Is it just one sided? Maybe shingles.

They thought Shingles but not one sided.

They seemed puzzled and said poss Pityriasis.

I’m worried about Covid.
